Class sessions will occur primarily online; activities will include presentations, discussions, and small group work. Thus, participation is critical to this course.

Session 1 - Overview, Plans & Planning
This session introduces the course's instructor, students and goals, as well as the Educational Technology Leaders online learning environment. We will begin examing the aspects of and processes behind making a technology plan.
Session 2 - Stakeholders & Sustainability
This session examines how to generate stakeholder involvement during technology planning and then how to cultivate their awareness of the plan during implementation. We relate this to the outcome of sustainability of technology plans.
Session 3 - Proposal (Grant) Writing
This session focuses on grants as one source of funds for technology implementation. We will explore grant writing and reviewing as well as funding sources.
Session 4 - Funding Sources
This session will delve further into other funding sources as well as examine closely the criteria for funding and the application review process.
